Weekly Goals: Update

Last week, after reading chapter 1 of Brett's new book, I posted some initial process change goals: To maintain a calm emotional state throughout the trading day.

Today was my 1st real test as I took two stops and caught myself taking rapid and shallow breaths. I have been sick the last couple of days and my sleeping patterns have been way off. This made staying centered and calm challenging too.

However, my internal observer was right on the situation. While deep breathing, I was able to remain calm and trade my way back to break even for the day.

I need to spend more time with the biofeedback program too as I skipped 3 days of training last week. Using the program helps to keep my internal observer alive and well!
